Clickers can be a fun way to keep your hands busy, take a screen-free break, and enjoy satisfying tactile feedback β¨ Many customers say they love them for focus, fidgeting, or desk decor β but everyoneβs experience is different π

Yes! Our items are 3D printed and assembled with care in small batches π Because of this, each piece can have tiny variations that make it uniquely yours β¨

Our first image is often a cute βkawaii-styleβ illustration to match our brand aesthetic π¨β¨ The next photo(s) show the real product. We always recommend checking all photos before purchasing π

π Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and filament batches π»π±β¨ We do our best to keep everything as accurate as possible while staying super cute π
π§© My item arrived unassembled β what do I do?
Some pieces may shift during shipping. If your item arrives unassembled, please check the product listing and follow the guidance here in the FAQ. If you still need help, reach out via Contact Us π

All orders require 5β10 business days to fulfill (MonβFri, excluding holidays) β¨ High-volume drops may extend processing slightly β thank you for supporting a small business π

Because most items are made-to-order and processed quickly, changes are not guaranteed. If you need an urgent change, contact us ASAP via Contact Us π

At this time, we do not offer local delivery and we do not offer pickup π«π All orders are shipped through our carriers.

Tracking can take 24β48 hours to update after label creation, especially during busy seasons π¦β¨ If it hasnβt updated after a couple business days, feel free to message us π

π¦ My item arrived damaged β what should I do?
Please submit a request via Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with your order number + clear photos of the item and packaging πΈβ¨
π§ͺ What if my item fails due to a material issue?
If your item fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement β¨ If the item is out of stock, we may issue store credit instead π
π¬ My package was delivered to the wrong address β what happens?
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or delivery errors caused by the carrier ππ If the address issue was caused by us, weβll make it right with a replacement or store credit β¨

PLA can soften in high heat. Please avoid leaving items in hot cars or direct sunlight for long periods βοΈπ Treat them gently and theyβll stay cute for a long time π

Use a soft, dry cloth or a lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and avoid soaking in water π«§β¨
