✅ Eligibility

• 📦 Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
• 🧪 Material issue: If your item fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement.
• 🛠️ Unassembled items: If your item arrives unassembled, assembly guidance is available on our FAQ page ✨
• 🎀 If a replacement item is unavailable or out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit instead.
• 🚫 Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, or user error is not eligible.

📦 Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — it helps avoid delivery issues 💌

• 📬 We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• 🚚 We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors once the package is in transit.
• 💖 If the delivery/address error was caused by us, we will send a replacement or (if unavailable) issue a store credit.

🚫 Refunds

We do not offer refunds (money back) in any case. Approved situations are resolved through replacement or store credit only ✨

📝 How to File a Claim

• 📆 For damage on arrival: contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• 🗓️ For material issues: contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• 🧾 Include your order number.
• 📸 Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

⏱️ Timing

• 🔁 Approved replacements are processed within 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• 💳 Approved store credits are issued within 5 business days.
• 📦 Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.

💡 Important Notes

Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production, small variations, layer lines, and tiny imperfections are normal and part of the charm ✨ These characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement.
